After earning his Master’s in Computer Applications (2007), Dharmesh has held diverse roles across the IT sector—each shaping his ability to lead complex, large-scale ERP projects with precision. His career is marked by a consistent focus on strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and technical innovation.

As a co-founder and managing partner, Dharmesh is not only instrumental in building GritXi’s technical backbone but also in shaping the company’s strategic direction. His leadership continues to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation through Odoo ERP and position GritXi as a trusted global partner in the ERP ecosystem.

Avadhesh Patel is a seasoned Odoo professional with 15+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and client delivery. A holder of a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (2006), Avadhesh has consistently excelled in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

From 2011 to 2019, he served as Offshore Manager at Odoo India, where he worked directly with international clients, delivering high-impact ERP solutions for complex business environments. His role in managing global stakeholders helped him cultivate a strong network and deep understanding of cross-cultural ERP project execution.

At GritXi, Avadhesh leverages his technical depth, leadership, and client-centric approach to drive innovation and operational success. His vision and execution play a critical role in scaling GritXi’s presence across global markets.
