We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Odoo ERP Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE is expected to identify and create new sales opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for Odoo ERP solutions.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels such as online marketing, events, and networking.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop proposals and presentations to pitch Odoo ERP solutions to potential customers.
- Building and managing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Providing ongoing support and account management to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and its solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of Odoo ERP solutions.
- Track and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Train and educate customers and partners on the benefits and use of Odoo ERP solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a related field.
- Experience with Odoo ERP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
